Generally, cancellations or amendments can only be accepted if requested before production has started (usually 24 hours prior to delivery). For same-day or next-day delivery orders, cancellations are not possible once the order is in process.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation or amendment, you must contact us providing your order details and reason for the cancellation. Cancellations will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights and as outlined in these Terms. We reserve the right to deduct any unrecoverable costs from your refund if the cancellation request is made after work has begun.
Refunds: If your cancellation request meets the relevant criteria, we will refund your payment using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Refunds are not available where attempts to deliver have already been made or the product has already been created specifically for your order.
Unsatisfactory Products: South Croydon Florist takes pride in sourcing the freshest flowers for each order. If you are not fully satisfied with the bouquet or arrangement you receive, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issues encountered.
